Guillermo Galbe graduated in Law at the University of Zaragoza and holds a double master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law from the University of Navarra.

He specializes in white-collar crime, corporate compliance and internal investigations. Guillermo began his professional career at Uría Menéndez before joining the Madrid office of Cuatrecasas. His professional experience has focused particularly on corruption-related crimes, both national and international, as well as corporate and tax crimes. He also has extensive experience in preparing and filing appeals before the Supreme Court and other extraordinary remedies.

He is the author of several articles published in specialized journals on criminal law and criminal procedure: “Los registros de vehículos en España y Estados Unidos: un estudio jurisprudencial comparado” (“vehicle searches in Spain and the US: a comparative study of case law”) (2018), “El secreto profesional del abogado in-house y el derecho a no autoincriminarse de la persona jurídica” (“Legal privilege of in-house counsels and the privilege against self-incrimination of legal persons”) (2019) or “Cuatro tesis sobre el derecho a no autoincriminarse y los requerimientos documentales” (“Four thesis on the privilege against self-incrimination and subpoenas to produce documents” (2020).

Guillermo has been a lecturer at the Master in Financial Criminal Law at Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid.

He joined Campaner Law in January 2023.
