Gemma Rodriguez graduated in Law and International Relations at Nebrija University and obtained her Master in Legal Practice from Rey Juan Carlos University.
After a period of time studying in London, she was part of the Internship Programme of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation at the Spanish Consulate. She began her professional career in the law firm Teijelo abogados, specialised in criminal law, joining Campaner law in March 2019.
She has taken the International Legal English Certificate and Anglo-American Law programmes at “Centro de Estudios Garrigues”, followed by the ILEC exam to obtain the certificate awarded by Cambridge.
Gemma participated as speaker at the conference “Presumption of innocence after the transposition of the Directive from the European Union: several foreign experiences and prospective application” organised by the Unione della Camere Penali Italiane in May 2021.
