Campaner Law is a law firm that offers specialist legal  advice and legal defence solely and exclusively in the field of criminal law, mainly in what is known as financial criminal law.

Our law firm has been chosen by other colleagues as one of the best white-collar crime firms in Spain 2022, according to the ranking published by the financial magazine CINCO DÍAS/EL PAÍS. Moreover,  in 2024 Campaner Law has been included in The Legal 500 for white-collar crime in Spain.

The law firm defends companies and individuals charged with an offence defined in the Criminal Code and assists companies who are victims of criminal offences, acting on their behalf as private prosecutors.

Campaner Law undertakes to defend your interests in the field of criminal law, not just in the courts in criminal proceedings but also in a preventive way, by designing compliance programmes adapted to  your company, by defining efficient guidelines for the prevention and detection of breaches of the law within the company.

Based in Palma (Majorca) and with branch offices in Madrid and Ibiza, the law firm offers legal services and advice nationwide. Additionally, it coordinates defence strategies for proceedings in other jurisdictions, in collaboration with other firms abroad.

Campaner Law also provides expert reports regarding criminal and procedural law; on a regular basis we cooperate with British law firms in European Arrest Warrant and Extradition proceedings, furnishing legal opinions before the UK Courts.
